Best time to study math – what time of day is your brain sharpest?
At what time of the day do you use to study math? My guess is if you could find what time of day is your brain sharpest, you can use that time period to study maths. I have done a lot of experiments on the best time to study math. Trust me, on some days, I have studied for more than 14 hours per day. My main subjects were maths, physics, and chemistry. So, I was looking for the best time to study math. In my case, I used one hour in the early morning, 5.00 A.M. – 6.00 A.M, and three hours in the late night, 8.30 P.M. – 11.30 P.M. It is the period that I get to sleep. But, when you study math and solve math problems and sums, you won’t feel asleep like learning other subjects. In other words, when you are doing math, it becomes the time your brain is sharpest, and you won’t get into a sleepy mood. So, I used those periods to study math. It is wrong if I say I won’t get sleep when I look at the math.
I also feel sleepy when studying, even in maths. So you can use some special tips like washing your face, drinking coffee, to learn when you are exhausted. Even if you are so tired, it’s easier to study maths than other subjects. So, I think you will get the perfect solution for whether is it better to stay up late or wake up early to do homework. You can do math homework well by staying up late or wake up early. They are the best times to study math.
Best time to read and understand
What is the best time of day to read? Is there a best time to read and understand? If you have lectures in the morning, for example, let’s think you have classes from 8.30 A.M. (which can be changed) to 1.30 P.M., so you are free in the evening. In my experience, 5.00 P.M. – 8.00 P.M. is the best time to read and understand. If you want to study a subject like biology or chemistry the best time to study is 5.00 P.M. to 8.00 P.M. Take a shower before you get into your studies at 5.00 P.M. You will be so fresh. It will be a big help to read and understand what you study. Especially if you look at a subject like biology, before starting to learn it, please remove all of your interruptions. Especially checking social media. Make sure you are all set to study.
Is It Better to Stay Up Late or Wake Up Early to Do Homework – Study and memorize in the morning
Morning is the first session of the day, and it is such a new session. So, memorizing the lessons we study in the morning is higher than in other day sessions. That’s the biggest reason for starting schools, colleges, and many university lectures in the morning. So, wake up early to do homework makes a lot of sense.
In here, I mean not the early in the morning. You may have experienced studying early in the morning is so sleepy. Yeah, also for me. But it is only for a read and understands type subject like biology. But try to study math in the early morning. Try to wake up early to do homework. You can get the best memorizing of math and also the ability to solve problems. So, this morning means 6.00 A.M. – 12.00 P.M. This is the best time to study and memorize. If you already learn in this time session, trust me, you have the best time of the day to learn.
What is not a suitable period to study?
Don’t try to study after 00.00. So, my opinion of the question about working late at night, “is it better to stay up late or wake up early to do homework” is studying after 00.00 won’t be so good for you. If you have been attempting to study or used to do so, staying up late to study is not acceptable for your brain and health. You should get a good sleep. Your brain needs a rest, and sleep gives the rest the brain needs to get. So, you should have good and proper sleep. After 00.00, your body seeks respite, and though you try to study after this time, you won’t get anything you learn. So, have a good sleep. Especially try to sleep 00.00 – 4.00 A.M. period. Because your brain needs it, and you have to give it. It also affects your studies in a good way. Your memory will increase by giving proper rest to your brain. So, keep this thing in your mind.
But if you intend to stay up late and work late, try doing some homework or math problems. Try to do something; your brain becomes sharper and sharper. That will keep you awake, but you always need to remember that you need good sleep to study well at your chosen best time to study in the day.
